Delivery Information

UK Delivery

UK delivery times vary depending on the supplier. Items fulfilled from UK-based suppliers typically arrive within 3–5 working days. Items fulfilled from international suppliers and shipped to the UK typically arrive within 7–14 working days. The estimated delivery timeframe for each product is shown on its product page.

International Delivery

Selected products are available for international delivery. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 working days from dispatch, depending on destination country and customs processing. Delivery availability is shown on each product page.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that not all suppliers provide tracking for every shipment. If you have not received tracking details, your order may still be on its way.

Separate Parcels

Jelieora Venture sources products from multiple suppliers and locations. If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is completely normal and does not mean any item is missing. If you are concerned about a missing item, please contact us with your order number.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charge. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. During busy periods this may take slightly longer.
